The AI 2 Empower Hub project is structured in clear, impactful phases that guide the development, implementation, and dissemination of innovative AI training for professionals in disability support.
Phase 1: Kick-off and Needs Assessment
The project begins with a transnational meeting where all partners align their goals and define roles. A thorough needs assessment follows to identify the digital training gaps among therapists, educators, and support staff across Europe.
